Global Head of Client Support Services
Brian Kieley is the global head of client support services for Visa Inc. In this role, he leads client implementation and support services, franchise management, CyberSource merchant services, and Global Customer Care Services.
Kieley oversees global support, with a local market focus, to Visa Inc. stakeholders around the world, including financial institutions, merchants, processors, and cardholders. This includes implementation, readiness, testing, and support services for all issuers, merchants, processors, and acquirers; licensing and operating regulations; disputes management and arbitration; and client training and communications.
Prior to this role, Kieley was head of global client support and implementation, responsible for the deployment, testing, and support of Visa products and services to Visa clients across the globe, excluding Europe. In addition, he was responsible for client and staff readiness for new and updated products and services, client operations reporting, and the development and deployment of client relationship tools.
Before joining Visa in 2005, Kieley was the owner of Kieley Consulting Inc., providing consulting services to Visa USA for key initiatives such as Visa Extras, Verified by Visa, and other Visa products. From 1992 to 1998, Kieley was group manager for product development in the cash management division of Toronto-Dominion Bank in Toronto, Canada. In this role, Kieley was responsible for product development, marketing, implementation, and operations support.
Additionally, Kieley has held positions as a software business manager at Digital Equipment of Canada in Toronto, Canada and as a financial manager for the federal government office of Unisys Canada in Ottawa, Canada.
Kieley received his Bachelor of Commerce in finance from Carleton University in Canada.
