Keith Hunter
Global Head of Operations
Keith Hunter is the global head of operations for Visa Inc., a role that includes responsibility for ensuring the reliability and availability of VisaNet and proportionate reliability and availability for non-critical services dependent upon the business. Hunter is accountable for operating all technology platforms and networks across the global enterprise; optimizing capital and operational expenses; and continuing the organizational strategic imperatives of reliability, security, flexibility and cost management.
Previously, Hunter was executive vice president of global processing services (GPS) for Inovant, providing the people, processes and technology needed to develop, maintain and support information technology solutions for payment services.
Prior to joining Inovant in 2001, he served as president of ChemNetwork Processing Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase & Co. Hunter served in various technology management roles for JPMorgan Chase and its successor organizations for more than 20 years before becoming president of the global operations organization in 1987.
Hunter attended Penn State University.
