The Olympic and Paralympic Games
Visa has been an Olympic sponsor for more than 20 years. Our support has been instrumental to staging the Games and helping to fulfill the dreams of the thousands of athletes who participate every two years. Visa has committed to continuing our support of the Games and the athletes who participate through the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Visa became the first global sponsor of the Paralympic Games in 2002. This sponsorship is an important extension of our Olympic commitment. Visa provides support to the Games and direct support to the Paralympic athletes who will participate in the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games, the Vancouver 2010 Paralympic Winter Games and the London 2012 Paralympic Games.
