What to expect during your interview
Put your best foot forward. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled interview time in business casual attire. This includes neatly pressed khaki or dark pants and a pressed long-sleeved, buttoned shirt for both men and women.
Please bring at least four copies of your resume. Our interviews will be set up in a panel format with at least two to three managers in the room. Managers will ask you questions that pertain to the position for which you have applied, as well as assess your problem-solving and behavioral abilities. Interviews should take approximately 30 minutes.
The final stages
Following the interviews, we will conduct a real-time skills assessment test with actual call center scenarios, as well as a background check. If we determine that you are the right fit for the position, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please note that this process can take up to two weeks, and we will contact you once feedback has been received and decisions made.
