Visa Enabler Network is a Visa partner program for technology companies that are creating the next generation of payment, card-issuance, and money-movement infrastructure. Selected partners gain product guidance, technical resources and go-to-market support so they can learn, build and scale on top of Visa’s global network.

Fintech platforms, BaaS providers, processors, ISVs, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), payment gateways, program managers—or any company developing APIs, SaaS or hardware that touches card issuance, authorization, settlement or value-added payment services in the U.S. or Canada.

There is no upfront membership fee. Standard Visa network, certification or transaction fees may apply once you move into live processing, and separate licensing fees could be required if you elect to use specific Visa value-added solutions.

No, but you must have an active go-to-market plan (or existing customers) in North America and be willing to meet U.S./Canadian regulatory and data-hosting requirements.
